- What information must the sales team provide to the Supply Chain organization and what is the minimum lead time for the communication to achieve the sales goals in the company you selected? Be specific in your recommendation and rationale.
- What 1 or 2 actions can a marketing team implement which impacts the targets of the Supply Chain metrics of high product availability and minimum stock out conditions?
- What actions should a manufacturing organization take in communication and preparation with the field sales and marketing teams to influence their (sales/marketing) assessment of customer demand?
