This video does not require anyone other than you in the video. If you would like to include others such as children in the video that is optional (and wonderful) however you need to still demonstrate the activities. Have fun! (but demonstrate correctly). Identify if the activity is health-related physical fitness or skill-related physical fitness AND which component/s (i.e. muscular strength, flexibility). Identify which developmental level the activity is (I or II) (We’re doing kinder-2nd grade development 1) You must teach and physically demonstrate the skills. Make sure you practice the fitness activities before you record. You will be graded on correctly teaching the activity (cognitive learning domain) and correctly physically demonstrating the skills of the activity (psychomotor learning domain).
